How do I get a quote for my device?

Do you only buy cell phones?

We buy all types of electronics including cell phones, tablets, computers, smart watches, gaming consoles and even headphones.

Call I sell a broken or damaged phone?

We buy cell phones and other electronics in varying conditions including cracked and broken. Whether your device just has a cracked screen or it wont power on, we’ll buy it for cash.

Do you buy lost or stolen phones?

We do not buy lost or stolen devices here at We Buy Cell Phones in Tacoma. We follow strict guidlines to ensure all devices are legally owned and ethically sourced.

Do you buy locked phones?

We typically do not purchase devices that are passcode-locked or iCloud-locked.
However, we can buy network-locked phones. If your device is locked to a carrier such as T-MobileAT&T, etc., we can usually still make an offer.

Do I need an ID to sell my device?

A valid drivers license or identification card issued by any state is required. Alternatively, two peices
of identification issued by a goverment agency can be used.

Do I need an appointment to sell my phone?

An appointment is required to sell your phone. At We Buy Cell Phones, we want to ensure that every customer receives personalized attention and a smooth transaction experience. To book an appointment, you can call, text or email us.

Do you buy other devices that are not listed on your website?

Of course! We’re actively expanding the selection of devices featured on our website, but we’re ready to evaluate and buy devices that aren’t listed yet. Call, text, or email us with the details of the devices you want to trade in, and we’ll get back to you quickly!
