While we highly recommend factory resetting your device and removing your iCloud/Google/Samsung accounts before bringing it in, you don't strictly have to. Our technicians can help you back up your data to your new device and ensure your old phone is completely securely wiped right in front of you during your appointment.
We offer instant on-the-spot payment options to fit your preference. You can choose to be paid in Cash, Apple Pay, CashApp, Zelle, or Venmo as soon as we verify the device condition (which takes about 5 minutes).
We buy devices in almost all conditions! Whether your device is brand new in the box, gently used, deeply scratched, or has a cracked screen or bad battery, we will make you an offer. The payout value simply adjusts based on the condition.
No. We check every single device through global IMEI databases to ensure it is not reported lost or stolen. We do not purchase iCloud locked devices, FRP locked devices, or devices that are actively blacklisted. If a device is simply still being financed but is clean, we can sometimes purchase it at a reduced 'financed' rate.
Yes, we operate out of a professional office building and require appointments to ensure we can give you dedicated time and a secure environment. You can easily book an appointment by calling or texting us.
You are not required to bring the original charger, accessories, or box. We are primarily evaluating the device itself. However, bringing the original box and accessories (especially for newer models) can sometimes slightly increase your payout.
Yes. In compliance with local and state laws regarding second-hand electronics dealers, you must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a Driver's License or Passport) at the time of the sale. You must also be at least 18 years old.
