1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by We Buy Cell Phones, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Device Ownership

By selling a device to us, you warrant that you are the sole and rightful owner of the device, or you have been authorized by the owner to sell the device. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from the sale of stolen or unauthorized devices.

3. Device Condition and Quotes

All quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on the information you provide. The final purchase price will be determined after a physical inspection of the device at our Tacoma office. We reserve the right to revise or decline any quote based on the actual condition of the device.

4. Data Erasure

It is your responsibility to remove any personal data, accounts (such as iCloud or Google accounts), and passwords from the device before the sale. While we perform professional data wiping on all purchased devices, we are not responsible for any personal data left on the device.
