We Buy Cell Phones is a DBA of HSTL MEDIA LLC.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by We Buy Cell Phones, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Device Ownership

By selling a device to us, you warrant that you are the sole and rightful owner of the device, or you have been authorized by the owner to sell the device. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from the sale of stolen or unauthorized devices.

You must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID to complete a sale.

3. Device Condition and Quotes

All quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on the information you provide. The final purchase price will be determined after a physical inspection of the device at our Tacoma office. We reserve the right to revise or decline any quote based on the actual condition of the device.

Financed devices can be eligible if they are otherwise eligible and the IMEI is clean/not blacklisted. We do not purchase actively blacklisted devices or devices reported lost or stolen.

4. Data Erasure

Back up anything you want to keep, sign out of personal accounts, disable Find My/Activation Lock, and factory reset your device. We can help with these steps, but personal accounts and applicable account locks must be removed before the sale is completed.

We do not purchase devices that remain iCloud/Activation Locked, including iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches. You may arrive with your account still signed in, and we can help you remove it, but you must successfully remove the account and Activation Lock before completing the sale. We do not purchase devices that remain FRP (Factory Reset Protection) locked. You may remove your Google/Samsung account and FRP before completing the sale, with our assistance if needed.

We use the device manufacturer's standard factory-reset/erase process before resale. This is not a certified data-erasure process and does not guarantee that data is irrecoverable.

Staff may interact with your device to help you back up or transfer information, remove accounts, and factory reset/erase the device. We do not intentionally retain your personal device data.
