Back up anything you want to keep, sign out of personal accounts, disable Find My/Activation Lock, and factory reset your device. We can help with these steps, but personal accounts and applicable account locks must be removed before the sale is completed. We use the device manufacturer's standard factory-reset/erase process before resale. This is not a certified data-erasure process and does not guarantee that data is irrecoverable. Staff may interact with your device to help you back up or transfer information, remove accounts, and factory reset/erase the device. We do not intentionally retain your personal device data.
Financed devices can be eligible if they are otherwise eligible and the IMEI is clean/not blacklisted. We do not purchase actively blacklisted devices or devices reported lost or stolen.
